The motel has space for one vehicle only, which parks for free.

All rooms have a/c.

Flat screen TVs with cable TV.

Free wi-fi.

All rooms have a kitchenette which includes:

Refrigerator

Stove or hotplate

Microwave

Coffee maker

Some pots, pans, and utensils.

Some rooms have a private balcony overlooking the ocean. The other rooms share common decks, which have tables and chairs set up for our guests to enjoy.

General Policies

Check-in is from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. It is important that you call ahead the day before with your estimated arrival time.

Check-out is at 11:00. 10:00 for the apartments.

The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. After that, the guest will be charged the cost of the first night as a non-refundable deposit. The apartments will be charged the whole amount within the 14 days before arrival.

Please keep your credit card updated. We honor Visa, MC, AMEX, and Discover.

Prices do not include NH's 8.5% lodging tax.

No refunds given for early departures.

No smoking, vaping, candles, or incense of any sort on the premises. There is a $250 fee for smoking in the rooms.

No pets. Certified service (not emotional support) animals are the exception.

Parking is on the left under the balcony.

Max Occupancy: 6 This is our largest unit. It includes two bedrooms, each with one queen bed as well as a pull out couch for larger families. This apartment has one full bath and one 3/4 bath. Other amenities include a full kitchen, A/C, flat screen TVs, free WiFi, a large balcony and living room. The kitchen includes a stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave and dish set with flatware. This property is not co-located with the motel. The unit is on a dead end street with easy access to Rte. 101 east and west. The unit is 2 streets back from beach behind A St. There is a slight view of the ocean from the large balcony. The apartments will be charged the whole amount within the 14 days before arrival. Check in is at the motel then its a short drive to the apartment. Please no smoking in the apartment.
