Welcome to 2025! Our rates are now posted for this year. If you have any questions, you can always call us at 603-926-7702. Please leave a message as the office is on winter hours and we'll get back to you. Booking through us offers discounted rates, availability, and most importantly, the personal service that you won't get and can't get from the on-line booking sites. We will work with you to get just the type of room you want. Again, if you have any questions, please call, we will be happy to talk with you.
Please call a couple days ahead of your stay to tell us of your estimated arrival time. Check in is normally 3 p.m. Check out is at 11 a.m. The motel has space for one vehicle per room only, which parks for free.
We are a completely non-smoking facility. We had a designated smoking area for a couple years; but smoke travels, which defeats the purpose of having a designated smoking area.
We are on the north end of Hampton Beach which is about a 10 minute walk from the center of the beach, such as the Casino Ballroom and the Boardwalk. The L Street night club district is about a mile away making it a 20 minute walk. The ocean with access to the beach is right across the street from the motel.
Our staff is always happy to provide information on where to go, where to eat, and what to see. For more about what is available in the local area while you're on Hampton Beach, especially when it rains, see our "Things to Do" list on our "About" tab. We are always watching the fishing vessels come and go. Here are a couple new toys to play with to find out the names of the ships and planes we can see from our decks at any given time.
